Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Front Desk Receptionist/Employee Experience Coordinator to join our collaborative team at Susquehanna. In this role, you will serve as our #1 ambassador, welcoming visitors and candidates while enhancing our workplace culture through thoughtful design and engagement initiatives.
In this role you will:
• Greet and direct visitors, answer inquiries, arrange transportation, guides guests within Susquehanna, and assist with luggage storage as needed
• Collaborate with employees to gather feedback on services and design initiatives
• Contribute to idea generation for enhancing workplace experiences
• Assist with the design and production of business cards, recruiting materials, digital displays, and other visual communications
• Answer phones, manage emails, conduct office tours, and provide general administrative assistance
• Work closely with Marketing, Recruiting, Executive Assistants, and Building Support Services
• Provide back-up support for Travel Services during high-volume period or staff absences
• Standard working hours are 8:30am - 5:30pm
What we're looking for
• 2+ years of experience in a customer-focused environment
• A warm, welcoming personality with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and visitors
• Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for design, ideally experience with graphic design or related coursework
• Excellent writing and verbal communication abilities to convey ideas clearly and effectively
• Willingness to assist in ad hoc projects and collaborate with team members to enhance employe experiences
• Ability to handle time-sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
